Bailing

Loose and bulky material is often packaged using our hydraulic presses to create dense uniform sized blocks called bales or bundles.

Loose material is unloaded from trailers and stored indoors to protect it from the elements.

Material is then put into hydraulic presses where it is compacted into a uniform block.

The compacted block of material is then banded and wrapped to secure the integrity of the package.

The blocks are then stacked for easy handling and loading.
